How can I return my order?
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can return your order within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods. To proceed, a communication must be sent via e-mail to customercare@rance1795.com.
The product is to be sent back in its original sealed packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory items: brochures, etc.) by express courier at your expense, along with a copy of the receipt, to the following address: RANCÉ & C S.r.l., Via Elia Lombardini, 10 - 20143, Milan (MI) Italy. Can I change my order?
To modify or cancel an order, it is necessary to contact RANCÉ & C. S.r.l. promptly no later than 12 hours from sending the order.
The communication is to be done via e-mail to the address: assistenzaclienti@rance1795.com or by telephone (+39) 02 7202-2290 (Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CET and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. CET), indicating the order number of reference.
How can I track my order?
At the time of shipment, the User will receive the tracking number via e-mail from the courier in charge of the delivery. Through the tracking number, the User can track the status of his/her shipment. The same number will appear on the User Profile page within the Site.
As soon as the order is dispatched, the courier in charge of the delivery will email you a tracking code. This can be used to track the shipping status. The number will also appear in your personal area on our website.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
